Service was some of the best service I had for my vehicle. I had a incident where it was raining an hit a pot hole an ripped the bottom plate off car they were able to fix it in timely manner an were very professional. I highly recommend this place to get new tires or if having issue with vehicle. Thanks again for the great service will be a lifetime customer!

After spending over $4,000 and as soon as I get my vehicle back there is a flapping noise O take it back the next day nobody could hear the noise I heard and I also had video recordings which they didn’t want to see. Brought my vehicle back and forth to Goodyear then a tech heard the noise on a test drive but the master mechanic wasn’t back until that following week. Well couldn’t wait then because the next day when turning on Oneal from picking up my son my wheel locked up on me almost got into an accident. Come to find out the flapping noise was my belt. Called Goodyear of course they said there is no way for them to know that. But they had just worked on my tie rods, brakes, rotors, tires, etc. Another mechanic stated that sometimes some mechanics may knock it loose if the worn tie rods took effort to remove. So of course I had to pay additional money out of pocket to get a belt and labor. Also a month in half after getting the $4,000 work done my brakes are squeaking took it to Goodyear nobody hear the noise again I have video recording of it. So now I’m stuck with squeaky brakes which most likely I will have to pay another mechanic to replace my brakes. NEVER WILL GO TO THEM A

Mr. Shawn and Mr. Cornell are always so helpful and nice! & They have gotten me in and out really quickly before work on several occasions!

The best location in BR! My Dodge Journey alternator was giving me trouble and they helped me out! My car was ready in a day! I have also started getting my oil changes from here and just bought brand new tires from here as well. The best crew ever! Thank yall so much for all that you do!

Got great tires and wonderful service. I bought a set of tires for my Genesis. I needed some good tires while I waited for some custom rims and tires to come in on back order. I couldn't wait anymore my tires were BALD and I needed a new set to keep me going until the custom ones came in. They hooked me up with some quality tires for a really good price. Then a few months go by and my custom wheels came in. They installed them for me for no charge. I was super excited to finally see them on my car. And the guys were almost as excited as I was once they put them on. They could tell is was a big deal for me and were all about the vibe. Great group of guys, top quality service. I recommend. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!!! Thank y'all so much for the experience today!!!!
